Legally Blonde (The Musical)
I worked with two assistant stage managers to attend rehearsals, take blocking notes, and manage the show Legally Blonde. I learned a lot from this show including how to solve problems that arise during shows as well as how to make sure all roles are covered even if a show is short staffed. We didn't have a very large crew on this show, and I ended up doing the audio programming in QLab as well as Stage Managing. There were many struggles with having a difficult and constantly changing set that was often moved by actors but through a lot of practice and direction from me and the director the scene changes were figured out. We weren't given much time for full run through's or even a full cue to cue tech which made the show more challenging but it turned out very well. This was a post pandemic show with an inexperienced cast and crew.
